At Mercado Livre, the challenge was to design a solution to map essential skills and assess the proficiency of more than 1,100 UX and Content Management professionals.

AUTOMATIC DATA
All spreadsheet tabs are linked via QUERYS. This way, with each response in the Forms, all fields are filled in.

SKILLS
In addition to the dashboard in Looker, it is possible to consume skills data directly in Google Sheets. The proposal is to offer more ways of consuming and processing data.
CLASSIFICATIONS
Thinking about making things easier and with a visual resource from Google Sheets, we have from 0 to 5 stars, based on the responses to the Form.

As direct activities, the suggestion was to follow three main pillars: Internal Base, External Resources and Prompt Studies with ChatGPT.

Promote workshops, guilds, mentoring, and office hours on key topics such as Accessibility, Content, Visual, and Design System.
EXTERNAL RESOURCES
Seek proficiency through courses or external training, with supervision from leaders.
AI STUDIES
Use artificial intelligence to suggest new actionables based on the results obtained.
IMPACTS
The eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is the main metric for this project, but others such as average time in the company and career development can also be considered.
